At Seven Hesperides, we take pride in crafting high-quality, hand-poured candles, wax sachets and wax melts. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (candles, wax sachets, wax melts, and other fragranced items), we cannot accept returns unless the item is:
Damaged during shipping
Received incorrectly
Defective
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used candles.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
Item is damaged in transit
Item received is not what you ordered
To request a refund:

Your order number
A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Refunds do not include shipping fees.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.
4. Shipping Damages
If your item arrives damaged:
Keep the packaging and damaged product.
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on product availability.
5. Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

At Seven Hesperides, we want your hand-poured candles to arrive safely and quickly. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping.
1. Shipping Partner
We use Evry as our trusted shipping partner to deliver your orders across the UK.
2. Shipping Times
Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery (if offered): 1–2 business days
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount – check our promotions or homepage for details.
4. Packaging
All candles are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Fragile candles, such as glass jars or coconut shell candles, are packed with protective padding.
Tea lights and small candles are securely packed in sturdy plastic trays or boxes.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped via Evry, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your parcel on the Evry website or via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the UK only.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or international addresses at this time.
7. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is:
Lost
Damaged in transit
Delayed beyond the expected delivery time

8. Customer Responsibility
Ensure your delivery address is correct and complete.
Evry may leave parcels with a neighbor if you are not at home. Please check your tracking info.
